Troparion, Tone 8: When the bodiless angel learned the secret command* he hastened and stood before the house of Joseph* and said to her who had known wedlock,* “The One who has bowed the heavens by His condescension* is wholly contained in you without change.* In your womb I see Him taking the form of a slave.* Therefore, I cry to you in fearful awe:* Rejoice, O bride and virgin.”
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, now and for ever and ever. Amen.
